Global Partners is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead. The Fresh Food Supervisor oversees all activities in the deli and food service department, managing personnel to meet merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff, meet goals, communicate with management
• Onboard, coach, and schedule team members
• Assist guests, ensure satisfaction
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Order supplies, maintain stock and merchandising standards
• Oversee food preparation and presentation
• Rotate products for quality and safety
• Handle inventory, paperwork, and cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in coolers/freezers, stand long periods
