Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Assist in preparing a variety of food items following recipes and work instructions.
• Maintain facility safety and housekeeping practices during meal prep and service.
• Perform other duties as needed to support kitchen operations.
