Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Operate kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion food.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; assist with lifting as needed.
