Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of items following menus and work instructions, report to a Food Service Director, and ensure compliance with food handling regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, and a valid driver’s license. Prior institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment in a correctional facility.
