Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of foods, following menus and recipes, using a range of kitchen equipment.

The role reports to a Food Service Director and is located on-site in a jail setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion food per recipes.
• Train other food service workers to ensure quality and safety."
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
