Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the kitchen inside a jail/correctional facility. You will manage inmate workers and ensure meals are prepared per recipes and standards, reporting to the Food Service Director.

This on-site role requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Assist in preparing a variety of items following recipes and standards.
• Follow facility safety, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as needed by the facility.
