Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high safety, quality, and guest service standards. You will lead BOH staffing, prep, and inventory while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager to address issues, coach staff, and maintain a clean, organized work environment across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety logs, temperatures, rotation, and waste control.
• Coach and evaluate staff, issue constructive feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and operations managers on issues.
