The role requires supervising in a restaurant setting with 50–55 hour weeks, including evenings and weekends. You will uphold safety guidelines while fostering teamwork and excellence across the dining room and back-of-house.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand and walk for several hours.
• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs and assist guests as needed.
• Reach, bend, and stoop as part of daily tasks.
• Operate phones and guest reservation tools.
• Clear verbal communication in a busy restaurant.
• Stay calm and multitask effectively.
