Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and instructions, using appropriate equipment and portioning for nutritional needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old, with preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience. Rotating shifts and on-site work are involved.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
