Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and the kitchen team inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and use kitchen equipment to meet nutritional standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and candidates must be at least 18. Weekend and holiday work and 5 days per week are expected, with a closing shift from 10:30am to 6:15pm. On-site work location inside the facility is required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required, including some holidays.
• 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to scheduled meal times and procedures.
