Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and instructions, while ensuring safety and nutrition standards.

The role requires working some weekends/holidays, reporting to a Food Service Director, and onsite work inside a jail facility. Candidates should be team players who adapt quickly and strive for learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Preference for prior institutional food service experience.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion food.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a clean, safe, and healthy work environment.
