Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor in a correctional kitchen. This on-site role covers preparing and serving meals per recipes and schedules, while ensuring safety and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and prior food service experience is preferred. Weekend/holidays work and a rotating schedule may apply. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portions to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
