Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility, reporting to the Food Service Director. The role requires food service experience and a strong sense of teamwork.

Working Wed-Sat 8am–6pm, on-site, with benefits including DailyPay and a $1000 bonus. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior institutional food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 18+ years old.
• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Cook using kitchen utensils and equipment per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand, lift, bend and move as part of standard kitchen duties.
