Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and recipes, using standard kitchen tools and equipment.

Reports to the Food Service Director and works on-site. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; prior institutional food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old.
• Prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Weekend/holiday work availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
