Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items following menus and work instructions, using standard kitchen equipment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and service, knowledge of food handling regulations, and a willingness to learn. This on-site role offers 2am-10am or 10am-6pm shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in a correctional facility and adapt to rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Train other food service workers and promote a safe work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and handle lifting and bending as part of essential tasks.
