Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of items following menus and recipes, and report to the Food Service Director.

The role is on-site within a jail, with responsibilities including training staff and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen operation. A high school diploma or GED and 18+ are required; prior institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Cook food using recipes and proper utensils to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
