The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, knowledgeable about food handling regulations, and capable of multi-tasking and working both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in kitchen during food prep and service.
• Prepare or instruct team in making various food items per standards.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in meal preparation and serving.
• Other duties as needed by business.
