Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to supervise inmate labor and kitchen team members, ensuring timely preparation and service of meals in a correctional facility.

The role requires knowledge of food handling regulations, the ability to work collaboratively or independently, and a commitment to learning and adaptability. Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during shifts.
• Prepare or instruct on the preparation of quality foods according to recipes and work instructions.
• Ensure that all food is stored properly and in sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department policies.
• Utilize kitchen utensils/equipment to cook, prepare and serve food according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations pertaining to sanitation, food handling and storage.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area/environment and equipment.
• Follow facility uniform policy.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and ensure readiness for prep/serving.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
