Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to efficiently prepare and serve a variety of food items per menus and production standards. You will oversee inmate labor and staff during shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare or instruct inmate labor and team members in the preparation of a variety of food items per recipes/work instructions.
• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of meals.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
