Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to accurately prepare and serve a variety of food items in accordance with menus and work instructions.

This role oversees inmate labor and food service shifts in a correctional facility setting, ensuring quality and safety across all food preparation activities. Ideal candidates are passionate about food and service, understand food handling regulations, and are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, and you must be at least 18.
• A valid driver\'s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Prepare, assist or instruct inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of a variety of food items in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
• Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of correctional facility meals.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
