Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items, follow menus, and use kitchen equipment to ensure nutritional standards are met.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changes; weekend and holiday availability is expected. On-site work with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurant environments.
• Understanding of food handling regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion food as per recipes.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
