Qualifications

• Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem-solving.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate with basic software.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.
• ServSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Dispensed Beverage), including self-service and drive-up.
• Address customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels for goods, supplies, and equipment.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Enforce company procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
