Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. **Starting Pay: $16/hour**

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  4. Ensure food items are stored safely, organized, and hazard-free.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food is served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
  6. Maintain a sanitary department complying with health and safety codes and regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate inventory weekly.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment.
  11. Train and mentor other food service workers.
  12. Keep logs on maintenance of equipment within the department.
  13. Ensure completion of all food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions if necessary.
  14. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
  15. Recommend replacement of equipment to meet facility needs.
  16. Proficient in multi-tasking.
  17. Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  18. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
  19. Maintain knowledge of catering events, ensuring they are prepared and delivered on time.
  20. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  21. Attend food service meetings.
  22. Maintain communication with staff via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
  23. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  24. Promote good public relations.
