Time to advance your career! We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors at Stockton Correctional Facility. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Starting Pay: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; serve food per menu specifications following policies.
  6. Ensure a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
  7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote team growth and morale.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Perform equipment maintenance and logging.
  12. Complete food safety logs and take corrective actions when necessary.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance checks and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Multitask efficiently.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  16. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  17. Coordinate catering events ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  18. Work occasional night and weekend catered events.
  19. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  20. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  21. Promote positive public relations.
