About This Position

The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising inmate labor and team members in a correctional food service environment. This includes preparing and serving food according to menus and work instructions, maintaining sanitation, training staff, and ensuring food safety regulations are followed.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment

Requirements
