You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and support where needed. We look forward to your growth as you pursue your passions.

Starting Pay: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
2. Oversee daily activities.
3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies.
6. Keep the department sanitary, complying with health and safety codes.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders as needed to meet production requirements.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service staff.
12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
16. Fill in for absent staff as necessary.
17. Coordinate and confirm catering events, including occasional night and weekend work.
18. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
19. Perform cashier duties if needed.
20. Promote positive public relations.
