Break Time Convenience Store is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations of the food service program, ensuring fast, friendly customer service and adherence to food safety standards. You will assist in training staff, monitor inventories, and coordinate with the Food Service Manager to ensure smooth shift execution.

This role requires flexibility, the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and reliable transportation.

• Customer service experience is preferred and essential.
• Teamwork and reliable communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to read and understand safety, food handling, and company policies.

• Greet and assist customers with fast, courteous service.
• Assist in food preparation following guidelines and recipes.
