Break Time Food Service Shift Leads assist in the management and operations of Break Time Convenience Store Food Service Programs, ensuring high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.

This role requires energetic team players, flexible availability, and the ability to train staff, manage shift activities, and work with POS systems, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications.
• ServeSafe certification or able to complete course.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling.
• Prepare food following recipes and guidelines.
