Labatt Food Service seeks a high-energy, customer-focused Account Manager to build lasting relationships with restaurant chains and independent operators in the East Texas market.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, presenting Labatt’s unique business model and differentiators, and nurturing accounts for long-term growth. This role requires strong communication, listening skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple prospects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Chef training at CIA or equivalent.
Experience in food service, restaurants, and/or sales is a strong positive.
Active communicator with great listening skills.
Takes time to understand customers’ needs and problems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize while growing accounts.
