Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client rapport abilities.
• Excellent customer service following Aramark's service model.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments for unified dining.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house dining operation and coordinate with the Food Service Director.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark coaching model.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and wage-hour regulations.
• Achieve P&L targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and educate teams on margin levers.
