Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Food Service Manager to develop and implement dining solutions. You will oversee dining operations where customers order from a menu, lead a team, and ensure safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction.

You will drive financial targets, monitor margins, and coordinate with departments to deliver a high-quality dining experience in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; experience in food service management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client rapport.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for a unified dining experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using coaching model.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage front-of-house operations at Cafeteria/ Residential Dining Facility.
• Deliver client and company financial targets and maintain P&L awareness.
• Plan daily team briefings and monitor performance.
