Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager in Gorham, ME to lead daily Food Service operations across Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Beverage areas. You will drive customer experience, supervise shifts, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires proven shift-lead experience, strong people and communication skills, and solid food and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification a plus.
• Proven work experience as a shift lead or supervisor in food service.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service Areas (Made to Order Food, Commissary Food, Bakery, and Dispensed Beverage) including self-service, full-service and drive-up.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize and supervise shifts; manage inventory and ordering.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Enforce company procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
