Qualifications

• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar in food service.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food Service operations across all areas.
• Ensure excellent customer service and upsell specials.
