Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager to maximize store food service sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage inventory. The role requires building a high-performing team and maintaining safety standards at the site level.

You will lead operations across Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Beverage areas, ensuring quick resolutions to customer needs and adherence to Nouria policies, with opportunities for growth across part-time and management

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification a plus.
• Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service.
• Proven customer service experience, with track record for problem solving.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service Areas, including Made to Order Food, Commissary Food, Bakery, and Dispensed Beverage.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Order and maintain proper inventory levels for goods, supplies, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Enforce all company procedures and protocols.
• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest possible purchases to the customers and promote specials.
• Assume full responsibility for the execution of Nouria’s customer service program at the site level.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store and environment.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure compliance across staff.
