Qualifications

• Experience in food service leadership and supervision.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with food and beverage operations.
• Computer literacy recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food Service areas: Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery and beverage.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Train new and current employees on service standards.
• Enforce safety and health protocols.
