Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Food Service Manager in Bridgton, ME to maximize in-store food service sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a high-performing team, manage staffing, inventory, safety, and cost controls to ensure consistent, quality service across Made to Order, bakery, and beverage areas.

The role requires proven restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and a commitment to safety and training.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Proven customer service experience with a track record for problem solving.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Food Service areas (Made to Order, Bakery, Dispensed Beverages, self-service and full-service).
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Organize and supervise shifts; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and control costs.
• Train new employees and recruit as needed.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies; enforce company procedures.
