Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Ability to train and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all Food Service areas (Made to Order, Bakery, dispensed beverages).
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Organize shifts, train staff, and enforce company procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory levels and safeguard store cleanliness and safety.
