Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day work week with shifts from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position pays $13.50–$15.25 per hour and requires ensuring a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area while following The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety certification per state regulations.
• Experience handling transactions and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Prepares fresh condiments for use utilizing correct foodservice dating procedures.
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per Production Guide & SOPs, and place on warmer ensuring correct expiration times on all products.
• Maintains temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Maintains product availability for prepared food areas Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM.
• Trains associates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
• Ensures proper ordering of foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Keeps areas clean and compliant with sanitation standards.
