Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to oversee the safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area of the store. The role requires knowledge of foodservice programs, product offerings, equipment, and SOPs, and involves training team members to uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The position is full-time, Monday through Saturday, 4am-12pm, with a pay range of $13.50 to $15.25 per hour. Food safety certification and ability to handle alcohol/tobacco sales are required where

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and understand SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and HTG Oven, stock per Production Guide and ensure correct dating.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice items are stocked Mon–Fri, 5AM–12PM.
• Prepare Dipside items and ensure proper ice cream stock.
