Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in food service work.
• Six months of training or supervising other employees is required.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods, storage standards, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and adheres to shift schedules and overtime as needed.
• Supervises dining room setup for service and oversees meal preparation and serving.
• Monitors sanitation in Central Kitchen and Ingredient Room; ensures cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates staff training on safety rules, sanitation, food textures, and portion control.
