Qualifications

• Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in food service work is required.
• 6 months of training or supervising other employees is required.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods, storage standards and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English.

Responsabilités

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or overtime.
• Coordinates Food Services staff training on safety rules and regulations.
• Supervises and observes the setup of dining rooms and serving of meals.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining, serving and preparation areas.
• Assists in training and coverage of Food Service Managers when needed.
