Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Seasonal Food Service Lead to supervise concessions at Yellowstone General Stores, Yellowstone National Park, WY. The role covers Spring/Summer 2027, with a focus on guest service, inventory control, and team leadership.

You will work 32–40 hours per week with weekly pay and a range of park-specific benefits, including housing and recreation programs. Training and growth opportunities across Delaware North properties are available.

Formación

• Minimum of one year experience in food service position required.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of concessions team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect all stands and portables in assigned area, ensuring all remain clean, sanitized, and safe.
• Analyze and resolve problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties; verify stand inventories.
• Assist team members in serving guests as business levels demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Leads to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As Food Service Lead, you will supervise assigned food and beverage stand(s) and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

This position is for the 2027 Spring/Summer season

Pay

$18.75 - $18.75 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

• Minimum of one year experience in food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred


• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required


• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
