The opportunity at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, seeks a Seasonal Grocery Supervisor to assist management in daily operations and support a high-performing team during the Spring/Summer 2027 season.

You’ll supervise grocery associates, manage inventory, receive shipments, and ensure safety and customer service while enjoying benefits such as weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and access to park recreation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Retail inventory management and ordering experience preferred using online portals such as Netsuite.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear, concise instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

• Trains associates and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedure.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting.

• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.
• Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels.

As a Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting management in carrying out daily operations and ensuring the success of the team.

Pay

$19.25 – $19.75 / hour
