Zusammenfassung

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking seasonal Retail Supervisors for Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, WY, to supervise and train staff and uphold retail standards for the 2027 Spring/Summer season.

You will lead and mentor a diverse team, ensure accurate merchandising, and handle guest requests while maintaining inventory and safety standards. Dorm-style housing options and park-related benefits are available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one-year supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Basic math skills: ability to accurately handle money and count change.
• Prior Netsuites experience preferred

• Ensures integrity of physical inventory and par levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail areas
• Responsibly for initiating conflict resolution strategies with guest and team members

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Retail Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores for the 2027 season in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Pay

$18.75 – $19.75 / hour
