Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Leads to supervise concessions stands and guide team members at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The role covers inventory management, safety standards, and guest service excellence.

You will oversee opening/closing, assist with service during peak times, and coordinate with management to resolve issues, while enjoying benefits and opportunities within a global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in food service position required.
• Previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of concessions team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards
• Inspect all stands and portables in assigned area, ensuring all remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyze and resolve problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties; verify stand inventories
• Assist team members in serving guests as business levels demand
• Perform other duties as assigned

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Leads to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As Food Service Lead, you will supervise assigned food and beverage stand(s) and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

Pay

$18.75 - $18.75 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
