Qualifikationen

• Minimum of at least 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• BirchStreet and SYSCO order experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of front of the house team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Demonstrate versatility by learning all roles within the department and providing hands-on support as needed.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay

$19.75 – $21.75 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bending, and squatting
