Responsibilities

• Sets up the front line with equipment, plate ware and small wares; keeps station stocked throughout shift.
• Reads order tickets, tracks cooking times, checks doneness and plate presentation.
• Coordinates with broil and pantry to time and serve hot and cold items.
• Garnishes entrees per Ruth's Chris recipe book and ensures food is hot and sizzling.
• Delivers food to tables, assists servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete side work as scheduled by management; nights, weekends and holidays required.
