Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House is looking for a Server Assistant to support servers and keep front-of-house operations smooth. You will maintain clean service stations, polish glassware, restock supplies, and assist guests and staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED is required.
• Restaurant hospitality experience is preferred.
• Completion of restaurant training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and restock service stations before, during and after service.
• Restock glassware, ice and bar items; assist servers as needed.
• Communicate guest requests to service staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Reset vacated tables per procedures; assist in dining room cleanliness.
• Attend to opening/side work duties and report any issues to supervisor.
