Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Annapolis, MD seeks experienced Front of House servers to support curbside and dine-in service. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required, with potential for both full-time and part-time hours.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of server experience and a strong focus on customer service, salesmanship, and communication to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years server experience required.
• Takes and records food and beverage orders from guests.
• Practices salesmanship to enhance the experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering Curbside phone immediately, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages
• Processes guests’ orders, using the computer terminal. Ensures all items are rung on the computer properly.
• Processes payment for each guest
• Ensures that all food and beverages are delivered to the guest curbside in a timely manner.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
• We are a franchise group of nine Ruth's Chris Steak Houses. We have locations in North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey. We are looking for team members that will deliver plus one service to our guests!
