Job summary

Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Busser to support servers and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas. You will restock service stations, assist with table maintenance, and help ensure a seamless Guest experience during service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, understands food handling and sanitation procedures, and is available for afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as indicated on the work schedule and in the correct uniform.
• Sets-up and restocks service stations and restocks glassware, ice and other items.
• Serves water, bread and butter to guests in assigned area.
• Clears and resets tables and assists with refills as needed.
• Communicates guest requests to the service staff and supports other front-of-house positions.
